Therapy Direct is a technology-based staffing company established in 2019 that matches qualified Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists with patients of Home Healthcare Agencies. Our mission is to become the recognized leader in Home Health Therapy staffing for the Inland Empire and beyond with our innovative, unique program. We use technology to locate qualified therapists, connect them with patients in specified geographic locations, track patient care in real time and alert Agencies and therapists automatically as patient care is completed. Our application streamlines the process by giving Agencies direct access to therapists and their visit documentation.

Therapy Direct allows for communication and access 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The Therapy Direct team makes all necessary updates during patient care directly into the program. Agencies will be able to review those updates in real time.
Therapy Direct provides direct and immediate access to qualified therapists who cover the specified patient’s referral location. Agencies will also be able to communicate directly with therapists regarding individual patients if they choose.
Therapy Direct tracks each therapist’s visits for all patients and logs them for billing purposes.
Therapy Direct allows Agencies to quickly post referrals and be alerted when they are accepted, scheduled, completed and documented. In addition, the documented visits are uploaded directly into the Therapy Direct system. This will make them fully downloadable and printable.
The Therapy Direct program is compliant with both CMS and PDGM regulations.
Meet the Team
Aaron Morris
M.S. SLP - Founder, President and CEO, Therapy Direct
Aaron graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Redlands in 2001. He has worked for the San Bernardino City Unified School District for 20 years, specializing in Speech, Language, Voice and Fluency disorders in disabled children grades PreK-12. Fourteen of those years have also been spent as an independent contractor in the Inland Empire for several Therapy Rehab Agencies, providing therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders resulting from various medically related diseases and injuries.
Stephanie Rosales
B.A. - Director of Operations, Therapy Direct
Stephanie graduated with a Dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Comparative Literature with an Emphasis in Foreign Languages/Spanish, from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2008. She has worked for St. Joseph’s Home Health Network for the past 7 years as a Staffing Coordinator, while also serving as an outsourced Intake Manager for several other Home Health Agencies and Therapy companies. Stephanie specializes in patient intake, care coordinating, medical records and billing. She is also fully trained in both CMS and PDGM regulations for patient care.
